LOVE YOU MORE

A journey from inner union to relationship

Open your heart to another, without losing yourself

There is a beautiful moment in love when “me” begins to make space for “we.”

But becoming we was never meant to require the disappearance of me.

Love You More is our eight-week relationship programme, designed to follow the inner work of Love Me More. Having begun to understand, honour and integrate ourselves, we now turn towards another human being and explore a different question:

How do I open my heart fully to you, while remaining deeply connected to myself?

This is where love becomes a relationship rather than simply a feeling.

It is where two histories meet. Two nervous systems. Two ways of communicating. Two sets of hopes, fears, needs, desires and dreams. Two people who may experience love very differently, yet choose to discover what they can create together.

Love You More is about learning the art of that meeting.

Not losing yourself to keep another.

Not protecting yourself so fiercely that nobody can truly reach you.

Not asking another person to complete you.

But learning how to stand whole beside whole, heart beside heart, and create something neither could create alone.

From inner union to relationship

In Love Me More, we explored the feminine and masculine energies within ourselves and began bringing them into greater inner union.

In Love You More, we discover what happens when our inner world encounters someone else's.

We begin recognising the patterns that emerge between us.

What happens when I need closeness and you need space?

What happens when I feel unheard?

Can I tell you what I need without blaming you?

Can I hear what you need without experiencing it as rejection?

Can we disagree and remain connected?

Can I let you be different from me without trying to change you?

Can I receive your love in the form in which you naturally give it, while also helping you understand how I experience love?

And perhaps most importantly:

Can I keep choosing myself without stopping choosing you?

Eight weeks to explore the space between us

Across eight weeks, we move beyond the romantic idea of love and into the practice of loving.

We explore how we connect, communicate and listen. How we navigate difference. How trust grows. How boundaries protect rather than divide. How intimacy deepens when we feel safe enough to be known. How we repair after hurt rather than expecting never to hurt one another.

There is room for tenderness and passion, but also for humour, friendship, play, curiosity and the ordinary moments from which enduring love is built.

Because mature love is not two people becoming one indistinguishable person.

It is two people becoming more fully themselves while creating a meaningful “us.”

You do not have to be in a relationship

Love You More is relevant whether you are currently partnered, beginning again after heartbreak, opening yourself to the possibility of love, or wanting to understand how you would like to love differently in the future.

You can begin practising relational love before the person you will share it with arrives.

You can understand your patterns.

You can develop the language to express your needs.

You can learn to recognise emotional safety.

You can become more comfortable with vulnerability.

And you can become clearer about the kind of relationship you are willing to create.

So when love does arrive, you are not simply asking:

“Do they choose me?”

You are also able to ask:

“Can we choose each other well?”

The bridge

The cherry blossom tree remains our guide, but now we come to the bridge.

On one side stands you.

On the other stands another.

Neither has to abandon their side to reach the other.

You walk towards one another.

Perhaps that is one of the deepest lessons of Love You More:

Love is not asking another person to come all the way to you. Nor is it travelling all the way to them.

We meet.

We bring our tenderness and our strength.
Our histories and our hopes.
Our feminine and masculine qualities.
Our needs and our generosity.
Our individuality and our desire for belonging.

And somewhere in the middle, we begin creating us.

How the journey works

Like Love Me More, each week has a gentle rhythm designed to fit around real life: a 15–20 minute online lesson, a beautiful accompanying PDF, thoughtful journal prompts, practical exercises that allow you to experience the teaching in everyday relationships, and the opportunity to join a mentoring call where the week's ideas can be explored more deeply.

This is not about becoming perfect at relationships.

It is about becoming more conscious within them.

Learning. Practising. Getting it wrong. Repairing. Understanding. Laughing. Trying again.

And gradually discovering that love can be both deeply intimate and deeply freeing.

Because the goal of Love You More is not simply to find someone to love.

It is to learn how to love another without abandoning yourself, receive another without possessing them, grow together without diminishing either person, and build a relationship in which both people are free to become more of who they are.

Love Me More taught us to come home to ourselves.

Love You More invites us to open the door.

And when two people learn to meet each other from that place, we become ready for the next journey:

Let Love Lead.

First, I choose me.
Then, I learn to choose you.
And together, we discover how to choose us.
